Essence Circus Circus Highlight powder

I was very lucky to find this item in the store. It was the only one left and of course without hesitation, I grabbed it. It's the Essence Circus Circus Highlight powder. Guess what... it's only $5.95. Price is so reasonable. In fact their pricing is very reasonable with good quality of products and they are made in Italy, Poland ...

I think this is a limited edition item so I'm lucky to have it. Well, here are the description and swatches...

Product is smooth and with great pigmentation. I love the raised up circus tent design.

It's a goldish beige highlighter and that's just one swipe.

It's gorgeous isn't it?

Not sure if you notice, left swatch is blended out and right unblended

Can you see specks of sparkles? Perhaps it's just the flash of camera but to me, it's actually not sparkly but a subtle shimmer and I like it. :)

Well, for only $5.95, grab it while you can. So far, I know Target and Priceline have this brand. I'm not sure if other places eg: BigW or Kmart sells Essence cosmetics.

Makeup hauls from Priceline.

Hello, I went to Priceline last week and can't resist but bought a few makeup items. These are the ones and I will do separate swatches on each individual brand. Essence and Physicians Formula.

Oh... BTW, Priceline is currently having 40% on all makeup from 23/4 to 24/4. Only for 2 days!!!Fortunately I took my kids to the shop again yesterday and grab quite a few items. Burnt a big hole in my pocket!

Will try to take pics and post them when I have the chance to do so. :)

M&S (Marks & Spencer) Limited collection Multi Blush

Hi everyone,

A few days ago, I reviewed on the M&S Autograph Pure Luxe Highlighter and mentioned that I bought this blush and will review on this separately so here it is... It's the M&S limited blusher (Special Edition). I thought it was a decent product with good price, cute packaging and fairly ok pigmention. The feel was actually quite smooth but I do find it slightly chalky/ powdery especially when I tried to swatch each individual shade. Other than that, it is a pretty pink shade that gives a sheen and glow to it (not matte). It is quite a light shade so I would say more suitable for fair skin and maybe medium skin tone as well?

As for the staying power... uhmm.... I tried on and within two to three hrs, it pretty much disappeared on me but hey... because it's special edition and costs only GBP$6 (with free shipping to Australia)), I thought it's worthwhile! Sometimes I do have oily cheeks (depending on the foundation I'm using) so it may be because of that, that's why the blush didn't stay on. Well, I gotta try again and see how it goes. :)

Without further ado, here are the descriptions and swatches:-

M&S Autograph Pure Luxe Powder Highlighter (Golden Rose) - DUPE for Estee Lauder Illuminating Powder Gelee 01 Modern Mercury

Hello everyone, hope everyone's doing well. I am so excited with this particular product which I bought and just couldn't wait but to share with you guys. It's the Marks and Spencer 'Autograph Pure Luxe Powder Highlighter' in shade Golden Rose (only comes in one shade).

I ordered this item recently from www.marksandspencer.com together with the Limited Edition Multi Blush (to be review separately) and they finally arrived today (via DHL). When I opened this up, OMG!!!!!! I'm totally in love with it. It is smooth and very pigmented. The pattern is so intricate and immediately it reminded of another product which was the Limited Edition Estee Lauder Illuminating Gelee in Modern Mercury. I quickly took it out and swatched both on my hands and guess what... YES!!!!! They are so identical in shade and texture. But for the price difference, I will have to SHOUT OUT to everyone to get this if you are not willing to spend lots of money for the Estee Lauder one (eg, fr Ebay which usually is a ripoff). I remembered when I first got the Estee Lauder Gelee, it was AUD $75 but for the Autograph Pure Luxe Highlighter, it is only GBP$14 (which is about AUD$21). Furthermore, Marks and Spencer currently provides FREE Shipping to Australia so... YEAH well worth it!!!!

You know what, I am actually thinking of getting a few more just to stock up for myself. No, I'm not greedy but just thinking of the price, unknowing if they will have it in stock all the time and since currently with free shipping, I just gotta have more! LOL...

Anyways enough of my long-winded thoughts and here is the info + swatches to show you guys ;)
