Illamasqua Theatre of the Nameless- Beguile Pure Pigment

Hi hi, another product to share with you guys. It's the Illamasqua Pure Pigment which was from the 'Theatre of the Nameless' collection. I bought it from Asos.com (which ship internationally) awhile back. Unfortunately it is no longer available on the website. If you are living in US or UK, you can still get directly from Illamasqua website. Hmm... how I wish I am living in US / UK! Hee...

Here's the description:-

Made to be played with. A metallic, high-shine, pure-colour powder that highlights eyes, cheeks and brows. Mix with eye shadow, blusher or use it on its own to intense effect. Bring out your bold side.

The shade is a shimmery white with multi color reflex micro glitter. The pigment is very fine and as stated, you can use it anywhere on your face or body as highlighter etc. Because of the glitter, it does have alot of fall out if you do not use any adhesive. I personally think it is more of a fine glitter than as an eyeshadow. I prefer to use as a highlighter (inner corner of eye or on cheek) or apply normal eyeshadow, then add this on to intense shimmer effect. It is a gorgeous glitter though!

As for price wise, it's USD$24.60 / GBP$15.50 and NET WT. 1.3g 0.04 OZ.

Well here are the pics and swatches. The photos just don't do any justice but do hope it helps.

Detrivore Cosmetics - November 2011 Collection

Hi hi, Happy New Year 2012! OMG It's been a very LONG time since I last blogged. So sorry that I MIA for awhile. My oldest son started Pre-primary this year and it is not an easy task to take / fetch him from school everyday as I still have to deal with the other 2. Kinda tiring especially when I have to get up very early to prepare stuffs. Perhaps I'm just not use to it as I'm not an early bird and I am a late sleeper so by the time I'm free, I just don't have the energy to think or do anything else. Hope you understand as at moment it is kinda difficult for me to be consistent with blogging (when I still have to deal with my 2yrs + 7mths old bub) however I do wanna try my very best to blog as often as possible. ;)

Let's get started then...

Ok, my first blog of this year 2012 is  about this eyeshadow collection which I actually bought way back in Nov 2011. It's from www.detrivorecosmetics.net and it was their November 2011 collection. Altogether there is 20 shades and at that time, there was a promo for the collection which was $40 for all of them. Cool isn't it? it's only $2 for a full 5-gm size jar and the quality is really good! Great pigmentation and great selections of colors! (PS: Check out my previous swatches on other colors)
In fact I just had a look at their website and they are still having the 10 jars for $20 promo so if you are interested, should definitely get some and try. Even if it's not full size, they do provide sample size which is $1 per bag with generous amount given.

I also ordered a sample of their blush - Apocalyptic Blush ($1) but when the order came, the blush was given in full size. Of course I was happy about it! Hee...

Anyways... without further ado, here are the shades and swatches are done on bare hand.
