LIMECRIME Carousel Gloss Collection

Recently I've ordered the Carousel Gloss Collection from LIMECRIME Cosmetics (www.limecrimemakeup.com)  It was their latest limited edition collection and after reading a few reviews about them, I went ahead to order them. The usual price for the whole collection was USD$85 but it is currently selling at USD$65 which is quite a good deal ($13 each compare to $17 individually). I just received them last week and managed to do some test and swatches. Personally I do like them. Very opaque, pigmented and gorgeous colors. Although I'm not really into the funky gotic shades like blue, purple or gold, I think they are pretty due to the different micro glitters in them that give a beautiful dimentional effect. Of course I have to admit ... my favourite shades are the reds! They are exceptionally GORGEOUS!!!!! So pigmented and surprisingly although the consistency of the gloss is thick and look sticky, they apply so smoothly and not as sticky as alot of other lipglosses. The glosses do have some sort of vanilla/almond smell but it doesn't really bother me at all.  I think it's worth getting them if you like the colors!

So here we go... pics and swatches... (PS:  Please pardon me as it was dark in the living room and I just rushed to test the glosses on my lips so I didn't apply properly as seen from the pics below but do hope you can see the pigmentation and colors of them.)

Cute packaging

From left to right: Gold Ticket, Cherry on Top, Loop-de-loop, Kaleidoscope and Candy Apple

Can you see the glitters in them? GORGEOUS isn't it?

Please excuse the red stain under side of lips (it was dim light and didn't realise that I didnt wipe the previous swatch properly)

The reds are so pigmented that they stained!

On my lips, I was wearing Make Up Forever Aqua cream- No.8 + the Candy Apply gloss on top.
